How We Work

Spindles Property Group has two integrated functions.  We act as a developer and an investment fund with a preference for alternative use class facilities in the UK regions. 

Our focus is on delivering purpose built, state-of-the-art facilities for our clients.  On completion, Spindles hold properties in our private investment portfolio.  

To date we have completed two developments with a capital value in excess of £10m and the portfolio has acquired two further complementary properties.

All properties in our portfolio are fully let to a diverse and secure tenant base.
